The 2010 Mid North Coast Signature Dish Competition was officially launched at Sea Acres Rainforest Centre on Wednesday, June 9 calling for entries from chefs based from Port Stephens in the south to Coffs Coast in the North.

Written entries close on August 6 and the Final Cook Off will be held at North Coast Institute of TAFE, Port Macquarie Campus on Thursday, September 9,
